Second in a series of reviews of card spoilers for the upcoming Caverns of Ixalan: Alchemy set – we have 2 for this one, a 1-cost red sorcery that either draws you a card or seeks a pirate, and a 3-cost (1 white) 3/3 Human Knight with Flying that gives your opponent a bad boon when it connects; it either taxes their next noncreature spell or allows you to draw a card when they cast one. Kind of reminiscent of Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, but much less effective and pricier.
