New starter decks have been added to Magic Arena, and as we suspected they have been intentionally designed to steer new players away from Standard. Every deck has a minimum of 1 Alchemy card, even if the 1 card isn’t necessary for the deck, to guarantee it will not be playable in Standard. Ick.
