😮 Pioneer On MTGA ⚪🔵 Azorius Control (New MTG Arena Format: Explorer)

A new format?! That’s right, Pioneer is coming to MTGArena! It’s called Explorer and is basically “Pioneer Light” while Wizards works on getting all of the cards onto Arena. Deck building opened yesterday with the queues opening next week, but ain’t nobody got time for that! I wanted to play now, so with big thanks to TheOneJame and JafferMTG (make sure you check them both out!) and some direct challenges, we take Explorer for it’s first spin.

Let’s slow things down with an Azorius Control deck for Explorer, because who doesn’t love 5-mana Teferi? Okay, okay, we know the only reason anyone plays Control decks is to hard cast Shark Typhoon.
