Took a break from Drafts and Sealed today to kick back and grind the Constructed Ladder—and wow, did Boros Auras deliver. We went on an absolute tear in Historic B01, finishing with a 10-1 record and soaring from Silver straight into Gold with ease. Clean curves, explosive starts, and more than a few satisfying scoops along the way.
To cool down, we jumped into Midweek Magic: On the Edge, where we tried out a spicy Landfall deck starring Tifa Lockhart and Sazh’s Chocobo. It turned out to be way more fun than expected—some cheeky synergies, big plays, and just the right amount of chaos.
And to wrap things up, we broke out a joke deck built around -X/-X removal spells, which—completely unintentionally—wreaked havoc on our opponents’ ability to Station their Spacecraft. Turns out shrinking their creatures at the wrong moment leads to some absolutely hilarious misfires. A chill stream full of wins, weirdness, and unexpected tech—definitely one for the highlight reel!
