Today i’m playing one of my recent super budget standard decks with just 5 rares in! Budget Dimir Mill uses a great 2 card combo to mill out our opponents deck and get us the win as they have no cards left to draw! With Singularity Rupture we destroy all creatures on the battlefield plus mill half our opponents library. Then we use the exaust on Riverchurn Monument to get the job done!
