Turns out that Belion, the Parched (Hydro-Man, Fluid Felon) is actually a pretty amazing card. This Mono Blue Tempo Flash deck makes everything so much harder on your opponent.
Cards like Floodpits Drowner and Into the Flood Maw immediately answer nasty threats from your opponent while Tishana’s Tidebinder, Spell Stutter and Detect Intrusion (Spider-Sense) answer anything else your opponents try to throw out.
