Leader, Super-Genius turns every connive trigger into an incredible card-advantage engine in this new Dimir Connive deck for Standard Best of One on MTG Arena!
Whenever one of our creatures connives, Leader lets us draw another card before conniving again. That means cards like Norman Osborn, Mob Lookout, Unstable Experiment and Leader’s own beginning-of-combat trigger can rapidly filter through the deck while growing our threats.
Norman Osborn is especially dangerous because he cannot be blocked and connives whenever he deals combat damage. Cryptic Coat gives us another unblockable attacker while creating a disguised creature, and Stalactite Stalker grows from every card we discard.
We can also discard Rocket-Powered Goblin Glider and Oscorp Industries before casting them from the grave with Mayhem. Chameleon, Master of Disguise can copy Leader, Norman Osborn or M.O.D.O.K., while Kid Loki provides valuable protection through hexproof.
This deck combines unblockable damage, repeated connive triggers, graveyard value and an enormous amount of card selection. Let’s see whether Leader, Super-Genius can outsmart the Standard Best of One ladder!
