Dimir Reanimator is back in MTG Arena Standard, but this isn’t your typical reanimator deck! We’re taking an old favorite built around Ral Zarek and Abhorrent Oculus and adding powerful new Reality Fracture cards to create a more aggressive, graveyard-powered Dimir Stompy strategy.
Dark Matter Manipulator helps fill our graveyard while becoming a serious threat, Seasoned Cryomancer gives us card selection and disruption, and Most Decrepit Old Bird brings another new option to the battlefield.
Meanwhile, Ral Zarek, Guest Lecturer can use his -2 to reanimate Abhorrent Oculus and other creatures, while Emet-Selch gives us another way to bring threats back once transformed into Hades.
We’re also testing Liliana the Repentant, Fblthp, Impossibly Lost, and The Ancient One alongside familiar favorites like Overlord of the Balemurk and Bloodghast.
Can this new take on Dimir Reanimator compete in Standard Best of One? Let’s find out!
